TBEY Arts Center, Inc. is honored to be a grant recipient of the Youth Foundation. The Youth Foundation, managed by the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS, has been promoting the welfare and betterment of the children in the Milwaukee area since 1951. We appreciate everything that the Youth Foundation has done for our community, and are proud to be carrying out their mission.

Summer Arts Interns Get Professional Portraits

Milwaukee Recreation Partnership for the Arts and Humanities gave our Arts Interns the opportunity to take professional portraits as part of their internship training. TBEY Arts Center presents Land and Order: Nursery Rhyme Unit Is there a bigger group of psychotics and sociopaths than nursery rhyme characters? Read some nursery rhymes — you know it’s true! That makes heinous crimes, such as the tragic case of Humpty Dumpty, quite difficult to solve. A Journey Through Dance 2019

Every year TBEY Arts Center, INC. invites youth to explore and express themselves through movement and music. During our summer dance camp, youth performers gain professional performance experience. This summer, over 30 talented and motivated young people from Milwaukee, work with professional choreographers, and dance educators to highlight the diversity of dance. Youth dancers participate in an intensive three-month training and rehearsal. Youth dancers will then have an opportunity to show off their talents to the Milwaukee community on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at TBEY’s 11th Annual Summer Dance Concert “A Journey Through Dance”. SuperNova Auditions

  All new members must audition to participate with the SuperNova Dance Team. Please complete the form to audition. Preparing for Auditions: Prepare a 1-2 minute dance routine (any genre of dance). Please have music on a CD or MP3 player. Prepare a dance resume or be prepared to discuss your dance performance experiences, interests and goal. Please wear dance clothing that shows the lines of your body, such as leotards and tights or dance pants for ladies and a t-shirt and dance pants for guys.
