Each session is a demonstration of artist Daniel Cha\u2019s techniques for soft pastel. Participants are welcome to ask questions and draw along and learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Portraiture in Black and White<br>April 17th, 2021, 5pm-8pm<\/strong><br>The session is an in-depth study on how to approach the portraiture in drawing accurate proportions within the human face. Using only black and white, the class is also an exploration on analysis of form and values within the portrait<\/td><td><strong>Portraiture in Color<br>May 15th , 2021 , 5pm-8pm<\/strong><br>The session is an in-depth study on how to see color and form within the portrait. Daniel will be showing techniques in how to layer soft pastel colors to create the right skin color and how to create the right colored shadow within the portrait.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No supplies necessary to join the demonstration. \u2026Just a notebook and paper.
