TBEY Craft Nights for 2026/27

All craft nights are held select Thursdays, 5pm-7pm Craft Night is a recurring community-building event hosted by our team to foster creativity, relaxation, and connection among staff, students, and families. Held a few times throughout the year, each session features a themed hands-on art activity led by a staff member or teaching artist. These evenings are designed to be low-pressure, fun, and inclusive—no prior art experience required! It is recommended that youth under 14 be accompanied by an adult. What to Expect:

As part of this new partnership, PEARLS will hold sessions on‑site, providing teen girls with a safe, supportive space to grow their confidence, build positive relationships, and develop the skills they need to thrive.

Arts Internship Spotlight

Empowering Youth Through the Arts Milwaukee Recreation’s award-winning Arts Internship Program is a paid summer opportunity designed to give high school students hands-on experience in arts-related fields while building essential 21st-century job skills. In partnership with MKE Recreation, we hire interns and provide access to job training and career exploration resources. The program offers a meaningful way for youth to explore the arts in a practical, immersive setting that supports both creative and professional growth. Free Sunday Family Fun Days

Join TBEY at Milwaukee World Festival’s Free Sunday Family Fun Day. September 21st, 10AM – 3PM Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF) and Northwestern Mutual, through its Foundation, announced dates for the four Northwestern Mutual FREE Sunday Family Fun Days with MKE with Kids at the Northwestern Mutual Community Park. The FREE Sunday Family Fun Days will take place from 10:00 a.m.– 3:00 p.m. at the Northwestern Mutual Community Park, located inside Henry Maier Festival Park. The events offer attendees access to family-friendly programming, food & drink options, and interactive activities.
