Empowering Youth Through the Arts Milwaukee Recreation’s award-winning Arts Internship Program is a paid summer opportunity designed to give high school students hands-on experience in arts-related fields while building essential 21st-century job skills. In partnership with MKE Recreation, we hire interns and provide access to job training and career exploration resources. Summer Exploring Arts Camp 2025

We are thrilled to announce the opening of registration for our Summer Exploring Arts Camp! This exciting program is designed to inspire and nurture your child’s creativity through a variety of artistic activities. Participants undergo rigorous training with professional artists to learn new techniques in a variety of mediums, styles and themes. The camp is designed to prepare members for performing and/or producing work. Participants gain professional experience and appreciation for the creative works and productions that help shape the world around them. Lunch and snacks are provided.
